Nominal sorbitan tristearate (E492) commercial samples are widely used generally as emulsifiers and particularly as anti-bloom agents in confectionery products. In spite of this generalized use, their qualitative and quantitative evaluation is poorly documented in literature and the relative works go back to the last decades of last century. In the present work, a deep study by HPLC-High Resolution Mass Spectrometry of qualitative composition of five E492 commercial samples was made up showing a very complex pattern of stearic and palmitic acid esters with the sorbitol anhydrides, sorbitan, and isosorbide. A clear distinction of sorbitan mono-, di-, tri-, and tetra-esters, of sorbitol penta- and hexa-esters and isosorbide mono- and di-esters was achieved. Contemporarily, difference in the qualitative pattern between E492 commercial samples coming from different suppliers was established. As a consequence, quantitative evaluation can be reliably obtained by using as calibration standard the same E492 present in real samples. The accuracy and recovery of the method were determined allowing in this way a reliable application to commercial confectionery products. The detailed knowledge of STS composition may be of great help to orient the synthesis conditions in order to modulate its properties as a function of various experimental necessities.  相似文献

In this study, the effect of Eucalyptus globulus wood (UE) used as a filler (5–20% w/w) on the physical and thermal properties of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) composites was evaluated. To improve the compatibility with HDPE, the wood was modified (TE) using crude glycerol derived from biodiesel production. The addition of 20% (w/w) of UE or TE led to more rigid and durable composite materials compared to neat HDPE (about 50 or 100% increase in tensile strength, respectively). Composites also revealed 55–75°C higher temperatures at maximal degradation rates. The advantageous behavior of TE over UE in composites was attributed to the improvement of surface morphology of modified wood and it is better compatibility with the HDPE as revealed by surface energy analysis. The changes in wetting behavior of HDPE and ensuing HDPE-TE composites (contact angles of ca 72 and 80°, respectively) explain the matrix-filler interactions. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. 目的研究某火电厂沿海煤仓构件的腐蚀情况,分析其腐蚀机制。方法采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对构件表面与内部区域的腐蚀形貌及腐蚀产物分布进行表征,借助能量色散X射线光谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等仪器,对腐蚀产物元素组成及物相进行表征分析,结合贮煤仓构件服役环境探讨腐蚀机制。结果沿海火电厂贮煤仓构件腐蚀情况较为严重且分布极广,腐蚀类型主要为点蚀。腐蚀产物厚度约为3.82 mm,表层和内部分别为黄色物质和灰黑色疏松物质,且聚集有球状和丝状或棉团状铁锈。腐蚀产物组成元素以O、Fe为主,其中表面黄色物质的主要物相为Fe2O3,表面丝状或棉团状物质主要为α-FeOOH,内部灰黑色物质的主要物相为Fe3O4,针片状物质为γ-FeOOH,球状物质的C、Si、Al、Ca、Mg等元素含量较高且主要物相为SiO2,为煤粉颗粒。结论沿海电厂贮煤仓构件腐蚀初期为Fe的吸氧腐蚀,并发生完全氧化脱水生成Fe2O3,其良好致密性使内部发生氧浓差腐蚀生成Fe3O4,底面产物主要为Fe3O4和Fe2O3的混合物,而煤粉颗粒和燃煤产生的CO2、SO2等酸性气体为腐蚀的快速发生提供了环境。发生的点蚀极易造成穿孔,需采取更有效的防护措施。  相似文献

根据中国2000~2019年塑料制品产量的时间序列数据,研究差分自回归移动平均模型ARIMA(p,d,q)的建模和应用。利用白噪声检验和平稳性检验对原始序列进行预处理及ARIMA模型识别,在模型定阶后进行参数估计,检验模型拟合效果,并预测塑料制品的产量。结果表明:ARIMA(2,1,1)模型可以很好地描述塑料制品产量的变化趋势,使用该模型可以预测未来五年的塑料制品产量。  相似文献

BackgroundPlant-derived wastes from agriculture, processing, distribution, and retail are generated in large quantities. The majority of the wastes are underutilized and may cause severe environmental problems if not properly handled. The plant-derived wastes are usually rich in lignocellulose and other valuable compounds including protein, fat, sugar, and phytochemicals. Valorization of these compounds in food waste not only reduces environmental concerns but also improves sustainability and economic competitiveness of agro-food industries.Scope and approachThis review paper first discussed different phases of the biorefinery concepts and their associated applications, and then introduced recent advances in the integrated processing of plant-derived waste for producing various value-added products. Finally, techno-economic, environmental, and social assessments along with relevant policies were introduced and discussed.Key findings and conclusionsDuring the past ten years, research attentions focused on integrated utilization of plant-derived waste to produce various products have flourished. Compared to production of a single component for food waste valorization, integrated processing of food waste via a combination of different novel technologies to produce multiple products based on a biorefinery concept has significant advantages, including full utilization of feedstocks, minimization of waste generation during processing, synergy effects of different technologies, and diversification of the revenues by covering multiple markets. With the rationale design of biorefinery processes, underutilized plant-based wastes can be valuable resources for the sustainable production of food, chemicals, and biofuels. However, detailed economic, environmental, and social analyses for the biorefinery process are still needed in the future.  相似文献

长沙是湘绣的发源地,集湘绣的研发、生产、销售于一体,拥有着独特的湘绣文化。太平街坐落于长沙市老城区南部,是一条商业繁荣、游客众多的文化老街,主要以销售长沙当地特产、传统手工艺品、特色小吃等为主,极具湖湘文化魅力,吸引了许多外来游客。笔者以太平街为研究范围,对太平街区域内的湘绣销售情况进行了问卷调查,调查显示,太平街区域内的湘绣产品销售情况与湘绣产品的种类和游客群的构成特征关系密切。基于上述调查结果,笔者对当下的长沙地区湘绣销售的前景和未来湘绣文化产品的推广,进行了分析并提供了新的思路。  相似文献

Front-of-package labels (FOPL) are recommended to reduce consumer intake of ultra-processed food products (UPP). The multiple traffic-light label is one example of FOPL that indicates the content of target nutrients in products by displaying red (high), amber (medium), and/or green (low) color-coding. The red code may implicitly enhance sweetness perception and approach dispositions toward sweet UPP via cross-modal visual-taste interactions. We conducted two experiments to examine the possibility of contradictory influence of explicitly learned and implicit cross-modal associations on the emotional responses evoked by UPP pictures. In both experiments, we first explicitly associated the color codes with health-related meanings. In Experiment I (n = 78), a psychometric tool estimated the emotional responses (pleasantness and arousal ratings) evoked by UPP pictures when preceded by red, amber, or green color-codes. In Experiment II (n = 24), we recorded participants’ electrocortical brain activity to assess the early posterior negativity (EPN) component as an index of the emotional responses to UPP. The reported pleasantness (Experiment I) and the EPN amplitude (Experiment II) were greater for sweet UPP relative to salty UPP when primed with red codes but not when primed with green or amber. A red code increased positive emotions toward sweet UPP despite its explicit association with increased health-risks. Thus, the use of multiple traffic-lights might lead to an unintended implicit approach behavior toward sweet UPP. Designers, researchers, and policy makers may consider color-taste cross-modal associations when designing, testing, and applying FOPL.  相似文献

本文采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定豆制品中铝的含量,对测定过程中可能引入的不确定度进行分析和评定。根据CNAS-CL01-G003:2019对测定不确定度的有关要求,建立了不确定度评定的数学模型,分析不确定度的主要来源,并将各分量进行合成。当铝含量为39.56mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为2.51mg/kg(k=2)。针对引起测定不确定度的主要贡献者,通过几种改变测量方法的途径,使其中3 个主要分量分别从0. 019 662、0. 002 412、0.002 74下降为0. 010 085、 0. 001 520、0. 001 66,效果显著,达到了降低影响结果准确性因素的目的。  相似文献
